Sydney found her calling in the kitchen at an early age. Her father, a professional chef, would prove to not only be a great inspiration but also her personal teacher.
Time spent in the kitchen with her father was both educational and fun for Sydney which would encourage her down her own path to becoming a chef. In 2015 she trained and studied at Conestoga College.
In 2018 after excelling in her role as Sous Chef, Sydney took on the Head Chef position at Taco Farm and has navigated confidently through challenging times. Sydney has enjoyed exploring the pathways of Mexican cuisine and her own Indigenous culinary traditions. A champion for locally grown ingredients, Sydney is an exceptional fit at The Fat Sparrow group, and it is no wonder she has experienced such success at such a young age!
