Chef Shannon Boyle began her culinary career in Montreal at the Auberge Willow before moving on to chef and sous-chef roles at Taza Flores and Bistro La Société. Since moving to Vancouver, she was most recently chef at Meat & Bread before opening ShuckShuck in 2020. She brings a passion for incorporating diverse global influences with British Columbia’s finest produce.
