Sarah has worked in the hospitality industry for over 13 years, with experience in everything from fine dining to pub service. She also works in politics, working on and running provincial and federal campaigns. She took a short break to transfer to academia, but she returned to hospitality with a determination to change the industry with a dedicated group of women to launch the The Full Plate.
