Jonathan pairs his passions for regional cuisine with a focus on cooking with the seasons. His international work has strongly influenced his style and led to a strong interest in “Sense of Place” dining.

Growing up in St. Johns, NL, Canada he was exposed to a mix of regional cuisine and all that the Atlantic Ocean has to offer. These experiences are what guide him the most.
