VOLUNTEER

Terroir Symposium is back May 3 & 4, 2025!  We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us showcase just how incredible our world-renown hospitality can be. We have a variety of roles to choose from, including:

Site Support // set up, Move equipment and signage, Take down, load and move out, Bussing, Other support as needed

Guest Services Support // registration, Welcoming attendees, providing directions, Runners, Other support as needed

WORKSHOP Support // Provide in-session support for presenters, General tidying/clearing between sessions, Maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, Other support as needed

All volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt to wear while on shift. Volunteers working 2 or more shifts will be able to enjoy Terroir daytime programming when not on shift.

To register, simply click the link below, review the roles available on SignUp.com, and register for the spot(s) that are of interest to you! Once you’ve registered, you will be contacted closer to the event with additional information.

Please note: Our event will be taking place at 2 different locations: Saturday programming will be at the Southern Alberta Pioneers Memorial (also primarily outdoors under an event tent), and Sunday programming will be at Platform Calgary. Please be mindful of these locations when selecting your shifts.
