From Gramercy Tavern to PDT, and Prairie School to Takibi, Jim Meehan has curated world class local-oriented wines, spirits, beers, produce and mixers to endow each of his bar programs with a sense of place that made them bibulous beacons in their respective neighborhoods under his stewardship. Here, he’ll walk attendees through the methodical approach he uses to home in on a unique identity for each program, which serves as the creative foundation to build upon and grow collaboratively with colleagues.
