Our mission is to build community, and connect industry professionals across the food system value chain in Canada and Internationally. By creating a strong network we can help strengthen the industry, build awareness for our food and beverage leaders and showcase them on an international stage. Our underlying values have been to showcase diversity and equity, to provide resources, support sustainability and ethical food production and prioritize independent owner operator businesses. Together as a hospitality community, we can create a space to share ideas, make connections and create change.
