With a lifelong passion for restaurant operations and hospitality, Heather has built a distinguished career in Canada’s culinary scene. A former restaurant owner and part of multiple national award-winning restaurants, Heather thrives in the energy and creativity of the fast-paced world of food and beverage.
For the past eight years, Heather has served as the Operations Manager at Calgary’s River Café and Deane House, two of the city’s most celebrated restaurants, known for their commitment to sustainability, seasonality, and thoughtful service. Whether on the floor or behind the scenes, Heather is all about building strong teams, fine-tuning the details, and supporting the next generation of hospitality talent.
Beyond the restaurant floor, Heather is a proud and hard-working mother who is deeply committed to community involvement through volunteer work for local charities and serves as Co-Chair for Rosé and Croquet Garden Party, an annual event benefitting women and children at YW Calgary.
Driven by a love for people, food, and purpose, Heather brings her whole heart and a collaborative spirit to everything she does.
